Cafayate

It is the entrance to the Calchaquíes valleys. Known as "the paradise where the sun and the good wine reign", this zone of the valleys has a combination of temperature and humidity that create an ideal microclimate for the development of the torrontés grape. There are several warehouses that can de visited for free like Bodega la Rosa, Etchart and Domingo Brothers, Banda or Nanni, to know the manufacturing process and to taste the wine from the barrel.
What to visit: the museum of the wine, the cathedral, the archaeological museum deprived Brave Rodolfo, the artisan market, the tinajas and vessels of Cristófani. Only 7 Kilometers away, at the East Side of the Colorado River, you can visit the cave paintings and you can try fishing trout.
